See here a few images of a bathroom we actually completed a couple of years ago for a property developer client of ours. We actually had all the accurate cutting schedules supplied from site dimensions in good time for us to cut and fabricate everything in Italy and ship to the UK only needing to be fixed.

A recent call by a contractor to our office requested samples and prices for Pietra Serena sandstone and a super quick delivery time. The size was 1200x800x20mm in a honed finish and the quantity was 1200sqm.

We sharpened our pencil on the price and more importantly the lead time. We needed to load the first 200sqm in 10 days and then a full truck of 400sqm a couple of days later. This 600sqm needed to be on site for 28th March. Another truck a week later and then the balance a week after that.

We have just completed a stunning reception near Blackfriars. TP Bennett, the architect, specified Alpine White limestone to be used as the background tile with four Eramosa limestone star burst feature panels making this reception space stand out. This all in a huge glass box with spiral staircase and a large double height wall clad in Portland stone.

We currently have a contract to supply 2000sqm 305x305x10mm honed Carrara C tiles. this seemingly straightforward task – no big cut to size or book matching – is not as easy as it seems.

We were recently asked to supply around 400sqm Gris Foussana Tunisian grey limestone for a complicated cut to size project in London. The Gris Foussana blocks are imported in to Carrara, Italy on large container ships usually carrying a mix of Foussana and other Tunisian limestone types such as Kesra Brown and Thala Beige.
